Start the New Year at Quinault Beach Resort and Casino, where you have a chance at up to $500 in free play each hour every Monday and Tuesday in January and February, between the hours of 4:00pm and 9:00pm.

Qualifications:

Hot Seat Drawing: Earn 150 points on the day of the drawing each patron (player) must be actively playing their favorite slot machine during the promotional drawing to be eligible. One (1) lucky winner will get a chance to play our card game located in the promotional area.

Drawing Dates:

January Mondays: 6, 13, 20, and 27 (4)

January Tuesdays: 7, 14, 21, and 38 (4)

February Mondays: 3, 10, 17, and 24 (4)

February Tuesdays: 4, 11, 18, and 25 (4)

Drawing Times:

4:00pm hour, 5:00pm hour, 6:00pm hour, 7:00pm hour, 8:00pm hour, and 9:00pm hour (6) (96)

Prizes: DFP: DOWNLOADABLE FREE PLAY

1 card $250 DFP, 2 cards $300 DFP, 3 cards $350 DFP, 4 cards $400 DFP, 5 cards $500 DFP

Special Rules:

1. Play procedures will be strictly followed and according to the following:

a) When the Q-Club representative is ready to do the CMP Auto-Electronic Draw (Hot Seat), they will notify Security.

b) Security must be present while the drawing is being conducted. Security will verify the drawing.

c) After the hot seat winner is electronically drawn from the CMP system, the Q-Club representative will identify the machine and announce that the winner has 3 minutes to report to the promotional area.

d) All winners must be actively playing with their Q-Club card when the winner is chosen.

e) The Q-Club representative will announce and verify the winner.

f) Once verified, the winner will automatically win $200 in DFP, then will indicate verbally “hearts or diamonds” and choose one card from the promotional deck to start the game. The winner will flip the first card and display it to the Q-Club representative. The Q-Club representative will display the card chosen on the board, where one of three scenarios will occur;

1. The winner flips the correct suit and will be awarded the appropriate prize.
2. The winner flips a spade or club in which case, no prize is awarded, but the game continues, if not the final card.
3. The winner flips the opposite of hearts or diamonds such as calling for a diamond and getting a heart, or calling for a heart and getting a diamond the promotion will end and the winner will be awarded the appropriate amount of DFP.

7. The process will continue until they have reached the fifth and final card unless they have chosen incorrectly.

h) The Q-club representative will announce the prize award to all players.

i) The day of the scheduled drawings, the cards will be verified. The board/container will be secured between the Monday & Tuesday drawing dates each week.

j) The promotional deck used for this promotion will be shuffled utilizing a pre-determined shuffle procedure before each promotional drawing and verified by a second Team Member.

2. Each patron must accumulate 150 points before the electronic selection each scheduled drawing day.

Rules:

All Entrants and Prize Winners:

1. Must be 21 years or older.

2. Must be actively playing at the time of electronic selection.

3. Must be a “Casino Club” Member.

4. Winners must be present to win.

5. Each winner must be present in the casino and has three (3) minutes to claim their prize. Electronic drawings will continue until all prizes have been awarded or 15 minutes before the next drawing.

6. Winner must present their “Casino Club Card”, valid photo I.D. and Social Security number upon accepting and collecting prize.

7. Once the prize is claimed the winner has 72 hours to present a valid Identification, Valid Identification scanned into the CMP system is considered valid for the purpose of this drawing.

8. Quinault Beach Resort and Casino employees, Quinault Nation Enterprise Board (and their staff), Quinault Nation Tribal Gaming Commissioners (and their staff) and Quinault Indian Nation Business Committee members are not eligible to participate.

9. Fraudulent activity of any kind will void winnings. In addition, anyone caught engaging in any fraudulent activity will be disqualified and prohibited from participating in this promotion.

10. All fraudulent activities will be reported to the Quinault Tribal Gaming Enforcement Agency and the Washington State Gambling Commission-Tribal Gaming Unit.

11. Participation in this promotion implies an understanding and acceptance of all promotion rules, term, and conditions.

12. The Quinault beach Resort and Casino Management, whose decision is final, will resolve any dispute. In the event the dispute is not resolved by Management, such dispute will be forwarded to the Tribal Gaming Agency for final resolution.

13. Management reserves the right to change, alter, or cancel this promotion at any time, with written notice to Quinault Tribal gaming Agency.

14. Any or all-applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the participant.

15. Upon acceptance of any Quinault Beach Resort and Casino prize, the winner implies consent to use winner’s name and photos for Quinault advertisements and public relations material.

16. All staff working on this promotion must be certified by the state and licensed by TGA.
