As part of our “$125,000 Summer of Winning” celebration of Quinault Beach Resort and Casino’s 25th anniversary we will be giving everyone even more chances to win with hot seat drawings every half hour on Sunday’s starting July 6, 2025 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM.

Winner will be selected using: CMP Auto-Electronic Draw (Hot Seat)

Qualifications:

Hot Seat Drawing: guests (player) must be actively playing their favorite slot machine during the promotional drawing to be eligible. One (1) winner every half hour will win up to $500 in gas cards or downloadable free play.

Drawing Dates:

July Sundays: 6, 13, 20, and 27 (4)

August Sundays: 3,10, 17, 24 and 31 (5)

September Sundays: 7, 14, 21 (3)

Drawing Times:

4:00pm hour, 4:30pm hour, 5:00pm hour, 5:30pm hour, 6:00pm hour, 6:30pm hour,

7:00pm hour, 7:30pm hour and 8:00pm hour (9) (117)

Prizes:

$500 Gas Card, $500 DFP, 5 Star Auto prizes valued at $270 & $120, $300 DFP, $250 DFP, $200 DFP, $100 Gas Card, $100 DFP, $150 DFP, Prize valued at $140, $125 DFP, prize valued at $100 and Prize valued at $25.

Prizes may be substituted for DFP

Special Rules:

1. Play procedures will be strictly followed and according to the following:
   1. When the Q-Club representative is ready to conduct the CMP Auto-Electronic Draw (Hot Seat) drawing, Surveillance will be notified.
   2. After the hot seat winner is electronically drawn from the CMP system and their identification is verified, the winner will draw (1) one prize award card from the drawing container.
   3. The winner will hand the prize award card to the Q-Club representative. The representative will open the sealed card and read the prize award. The prize will be announced and awarded to the winning patron.
2. A winner’s log (attached) specifying the date and times of the drawings will be used to record the Acct, Name, Prize Won and value.  This will be kept at the Club.  At the end of the shift a copy will be sent to Audit. 
   1. When a prize is issued to a player, the issuing Rep will confirm the winner’s information and valid ID, and initial the log where indicated.
   2. For winner’s receiving Free Play, the Rep will award the corresponding prize to the player’s account.  No other action is required.
   3. For winner’s receiving prize vouchers or physical items, the Rep will award the corresponding prize to the player’s account.  The winner will sign the log where indicated to acknowledge receipt of their prize
3. Loading the drawing container will be done by a staff member that will not be conducting the drawing at least an hour before the first scheduled daily drawing.  The prize awards will be individually folded, sealed, mixed, and placed into the drawing container.

Official Rules for all entrants and prize winners, to be posted and available at the Q Club:

1. Must be an active Q Club Member of Quinault Beach Resort and Casino, and at least 21 years old.
2. This is a Hot Seat Drawing that will be conducted every 30 minutes between the hours of 4PM – 8PM on each Sunday from July 6 – September 21, 2025.
   • The drawing times are approximate and will begin as close to the posted time as possible. Promotional time will be reflective of casino representative’s time keeping device.
   • To qualify for the drawing, players must be actively playing at the time of the drawing and are responsible to ensure their Q Club card is properly inserted at the slot machine.
   • Winners will be announced over the PA system, and will have three (3) minutes to make their way to the Q Club, or otherwise make their presence known to a staff member if they need assistance in getting to the Q Club.
   • Winners will need to present their Q Club card and valid ID to the Q Club to confirm eligibility.  They will then pick from the available prize slips from the container, and open it to reveal what they have won.
   • If necessary, additional names will be announced every three (3) minutes for a maximum of two (2) redraws.
3. Quinault Beach Resort and Casino employees, Quinault Nation Enterprise Board (and their staff), Quinault Nation Tribal Gaming Commissioners (and their staff) and Quinault Indian Nation Business Committee members are not eligible to participate.
4. Fraudulent activity of any kind will void winnings. In addition, anyone caught engaging in any fraudulent activity will be disqualified and prohibited from participating in this promotion.
5. All fraudulent activities will be reported to the Quinault Tribal Gaming Enforcement Agency and the Washington State Gambling Commission-Tribal Gaming Unit.
6. Participation in this promotion implies an understanding and acceptance of all promotion rules, term, and conditions.
7. The Quinault Beach Resort & Casino Management will review and resolve any dispute that occurs. If necessary, Management will consult with the Quinault Tribal Gaming Agency for input. Any resolution will be at the discretion of Management and will be final.
8. Management reserves the right to change, alter, or cancel this promotion at any time, with written notice to Quinault Tribal gaming Agency.
9. Any or all-applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the participant.
10. Upon acceptance of any Quinault Beach Resort and Casino prize, the winner implies consent to use winner’s name and photos for Quinault advertisements and public relations material.
11. All staff working on this promotion must be certified by the state and licensed by TGA.
