Ticket Drawings

The salmon are running at Quinault Beach Resort and Casino this June starting Thursday, June 12, 2025. We will conduct ticketed drawings on Thursdays and Fridays starting at 5:00pm with more chances to win on Sundays beginning at 2:00pm for a share of $25,000 in cash. Drawings will take place at the top of every scheduled hour, drawing tickets must be placed into the physical drawing barrel before the top of every scheduled drawing and will be emptied at the end of each scheduled drawing day.

Winner will be selected using: Manual Ticketed Drawings on Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

Qualifications:

By swiping their player’s card at a promotional kiosk, each patron (player) will receive a predetermined number of entries based on their tier level each promotional day, once per day. Only tickets printed on that day will be eligible.

Elite/Bear          3

Elk                    2

Raven/Salmon   1         

Winners must be present to win.

Drawing Dates:

June Thursdays: 12, 19 and 26

June Fridays: 13, 20 and 27  

June Sundays:15, 22 and 29

Drawing Times:

Sundays: 2:00pm, 3:00pm 4:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm, and 8:00pm

Thursdays: 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm, 8:00pm and 9:00pm

Fridays: 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm, 8:00pm and 9:00pm

Prizes:

1st Place $250 Cash, 2nd Place $150 Cash, 3rd Place $100 Cash

Special Rules:

1. 1. Play procedures will be strictly followed and according to the following:
   1. When the Q-Club representative is ready to conduct the drawing, Security will be notified.
   2. Security must be present while the drawing is conducted. Security will verify the complete process of the live drawing.
   3. A Q-Club representative will announce three (3) names, after the winner(s) are drawn from the physical barrel and their identification is verified, each winner will be assigned an oversized die colored the same as a “post”.
   4. All winners will roll into an enclosure at the same time.
   5. Resulting number is how many spaces their salmon moves.
   6. The first (1st) winner to go over the finish line wins top prize, other positions based on how far along they are on the “track”.

                                  i.    If more than one person crosses the finish line, the one with the most excess number will be the winner.

                                 ii.    In case of ties, the associated prizes will be averaged and those winners will split equally (rounded up to the nearest dollar).

7. If after 12 names (12 minutes) are called and there are only 2 entrants for the salmon race we will run it with 2.
8. If after 15 names (15 minutes) are called and there is only 1 entrant for the salmon race that person will be declared the winner and awarded 1st place prize.
9. If no entrants are identified after the 1st 15 names are drawn, that drawing will end and that hour’s prizes will be added to the following drawing; with a maximum of 2X the regular prize amounts.

Rules

All Entrants and Prize Winners:

1.             Must be 21 years or older.

2.             Must be a “Casino Club” Member.

3.             The drawing entries are to be printed out at the promotional kiosks, so will contain all required information to include, but not limited to; name, player card number, date/time stamp. It is the player’s responsibility to confirm that the information is correct before depositing them into the drawing drum.

4.             Winners must be present to win.

5.             Players may only be drawn once per hourly drawing If a player is drawn more than once for that hours drawing that entry ticket will be put aside, and placed back into the drawing barrel at the conclusion of that hours drawing under the supervision of a security officer and notification to surveillance.

6.             All drawing times are approximate times and will begin as close to the posted time as possible. Promotional time will be reflective of casino representative’s time keeping device.

7.             Each winner must be present in the casino and has three (3) minutes to claim their prize.

8.             Once the prize is claimed the winner has 72 hours to present a valid Identification, Valid Identification scanned into the player management system is considered valid for the purpose of this drawing.

9.             Winner must present their “Casino Club Card,” valid photo I.D. and (Social Security number upon accepting and collecting prize).

10.          Copies or reproduced drawing tickets will be void.

11.          All drawing tickets must be deposited in the drum at least three (3) minutes before the commencement of each drawing and the barrel is closed by the Q-Club Representative.

12.          Late tickets will not be accepted.

13.          “Casino Club Card” account number and name must match the account number on the drawing ticket and winner’s name on photo I.D.

14.          Drawing tickets are non-transferable.

15.          Quinault Beach Resort and Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen drawing tickets.

16.          Customer is responsible to ensure tickets are deposited in drawing drum.

17.          Quinault Beach Resort and Casino employees, Quinault Nation Enterprise Board, Quinault Nation Tribal Gaming Commissioners (and their staff) and Quinault Indian Nation Business Committee members are not eligible to participate.

18.          Fraudulent activity of any kind will void winnings. In addition, anyone caught engaging in any fraudulent activity will be disqualified and prohibited from participating in this promotion.

19.          All fraudulent activities will be reported to the Quinault Tribal Gaming Enforcement Agency and the Washington State Gambling Commission-Tribal Gaming Unit.

20.          Participation in this promotion implies an understanding and acceptance of all promotion rules, terms and conditions.

21.          The Quinault Beach Resort and Casino Management, whose decision is final, will resolve any dispute. In the event the dispute is not resolved by Quinault Beach Resort and Casino Management, such dispute will be forwarded to the Tribal Gaming Agency for final resolution.

22.          Management reserves the right to void any drawing ticket(s), change, alter or cancel this promotion at any time, with written notice to Quinault Tribal Gaming Agency.

23.          Drawing tickets have no cash value.

24.          After the last daily drawing the tickets will be emptied from the drum and secured in plastic bags, tagged stating the name of the promotion and the drawing drum they are from. Security will store the drawing tickets for three (3) days, after which time they will be destroyed by Security.

25.          Any or all applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the participant.

26.          Upon acceptance of any Quinault Beach Resort and Casino prize, the winner implies consent to use winner’s name and photos for Quinault advertisements and public relations materials.

27.          All staff working on this promotion must be certified by the state and licensed by TGA.
