You won’t be throwing back these fishes!  Everyone’s a winner in June at Quinault Beach Resort and Casino. Just be playing your favorite slot machine every half hour between 5:00PM and 9:00PM and you could be randomly chosen to win a selection of cash and prizes.

Winner will be selected using: automatic hot seat drawing.  In the event automatic hot seats are not available, a manual process will be used instead.

Qualifications:

Hot Seat Drawing: Patron (player) must be actively playing their favorite slot machine during the start of each promotional drawing to be eligible. One (1) lucky winner every half hour will win a prize.

Special Rules:

2. 1. Play procedures will be strictly followed and according to the following:
   1. When the Q-Club representative is ready to conduct the hot seat drawing, Security will be notified.
   2. Security must be present while the drawing is conducted. Security will verify the complete process of the live drawing.
   3. After the hot seat winner is electronically drawn from the player management system and their identification is verified, the winner will draw (1) one prize award card from the drawing container.
   4. The winner will hand the prize award card to the Q-Club representative. The representative will open the sealed card and read the prize award. Security will verify the award. The prize will be announced and awarded to the winning patron.
   5. If the prize award is labeled “prize” the winner will receive a redemption slip that they will redeem at the Q-Club during the same day of the promotion.
   6. The prize will then be added back into the drawing contrainer.
   7. In the event the automatic hot seat is not available a manual process will be used instead.

                                  i.    An excel spreadsheet with a predetermined number of banks and seats for each zone, ordered randomly will be used to determine the initial winner.

                                 ii.     If no winner is located at that seat, the representative will go around clockwise to identify a winning guest.

                                iii.    If no winner is located at that bank, the next starting point from the excel spreadsheet will be used.

                                iv.    Each drawing day a portion of the excel spreadsheet used for that day’s selection of winners will be placed in a sealed envelope and dated to ensure the integrity of the drawing.

3. Loading the drawing container, the day of the scheduled daily drawing, the prize awards will be individually folded, sealed, mixed, and placed into the drawing container.

Rules:

All Entrants and Prize Winners:

1. Must be 21 years or older.

2. Must be actively playing at the time of selection.

3. Must be a “Casino Club” Member.

4. Winners must be present to win.

5. Each winner must be present in the casino and has three (3) minutes to claim their prize. Electronic drawings will continue until all prizes have been awarded or 15 minutes before the next drawing.

6. Winner must present their “Casino Club Card”, valid photo I.D. and Social Security number upon accepting and collecting prize.

7. Once the prize is claimed the winner has 72 hours to present a valid Identification, Valid Identification scanned into the CMP system is considered valid for the purpose of this drawing.

8. Quinault Beach Resort and Casino employees, Quinault Nation Enterprise Board (and their staff), Quinault Nation Tribal Gaming Commissioners (and their staff) and Quinault Indian Nation Business Committee members are not eligible to participate.

9. Fraudulent activity of any kind will void winnings. In addition, anyone caught engaging in any fraudulent activity will be disqualified and prohibited from participating in this promotion.

10. All fraudulent activities will be reported to the Quinault Tribal Gaming Enforcement Agency and the Washington State Gambling Commission-Tribal Gaming Unit.

11. Participation in this promotion implies an understanding and acceptance of all promotion rules, term, and conditions.

12. The Quinault beach Resort and Casino Management, whose decision is final, will resolve any dispute. In the event the dispute is not resolved by Management, such dispute will be forwarded to the Tribal Gaming Agency for final resolution.

13. Management reserves the right to change, alter, or cancel this promotion at any time, with written notice to Quinault Tribal gaming Agency.

14. Any or all-applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the participant.

15. Upon acceptance of any Quinault Beach Resort and Casino prize, the winner implies consent to use winner’s name and photos for Quinault advertisements and public relations material.

16. All staff working on this promotion must be certified by the state and licensed by TGA.
